About The Right Triangle

Samia Jawab is the owner and principal designer of The Right Triangle Design Studio, a Long Island–based interior design and drafting firm specializing in pre-construction planning, space optimization, and construction-ready floor plans for residential and commercial projects throughout Nassau County, the North Shore, and greater New York.

With a unique combination of artistic vision and technical precision, Samia has built a multifaceted career supporting homeowners, architects, builders, and fellow designers. She is known for transforming design concepts into detailed, buildable plans through professional drafting, 3D visualization, and strategic space planning—helping clients avoid costly revisions before construction begins.

Since 2018, Samia has contributed to a wide range of projects including kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement reconfigurations, garage conversions, residential additions, commercial layouts, and permit-ready drafting packages. Her collaborative approach ensures seamless communication between clients and contractors from concept through execution.

Samia is a graduate of the Metropolitan Institute of Design (MID) with a degree in Interior Design and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She is a Certified New York State CAD Teacher and teaches SketchUp at Metropolitan Design School, where she guides students in digital drafting, rendering, and professional modeling workflows. Her educational background allows her to integrate creativity with operational insight—offering clients not only beautiful design solutions but also strategic planning expertise.

Before entering the interior design field, Samia began her career in New York City’s fashion and jewelry industries, where she refined her eye for proportion, composition, and materiality. This creative foundation continues to inform her design philosophy today—balancing aesthetics with functionality and precision.
