Samia works directly with each client, guiding projects from the first conversation through to detailed drawings and execution support.
Her approach is intentionally focused and collaborative. While additional support is brought in when needed, every project remains personal, carefully considered, and shaped around how a space will truly be lived in.

01. Interior design & concept development
Interior design support for residential and small commercial spaces, including concept development, aesthetic direction, material and finish selection, and furniture and lighting coordination. When helpful, 3D views are used to support visualization and decision-making. Each project is shaped around how the space will be used, lived in, and experienced day to day.
02. Space planning & renovation support
Functional space planning and renovation-focused design to improve layout, flow, and usability. This includes reworking existing spaces, planning renovations, and supporting homeowners and builders during early decision-making. Designs are practical, well considered, and aligned with real construction constraints.
03. Construction-ready drawings & project coordination
Clear, detailed drawings and documentation to support pricing, permits, and construction. Samia works closely with builders, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is understood and carried through during execution. The result is clarity, fewer surprises, and a smoother build process.
